The MK-IV Allocation
Machined from Solid 6061-T6 Billet & Hand-Finished in Chicago
MANUFACTURING HERITAGE
Each unit is precision-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet stock, then hand-finished in our Chicago facility by master craftspeople trained in aerospace manufacturing standards. The material is then subjected to rigorous 48-hour Cerakote™ cure cycles with military-grade specifications.
ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS
Every MK-IV Allocation begins as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and is precision-machined to aerospace specifications. Hand-finishing in our Chicago workshop ensures tolerances measured in microns. Military-grade Cerakote™ application undergoes 48-hour cure cycles. Spanish cedar interior is individually selected for optimal humidity management. Each unit receives a unique serial number and certificate of authenticity.
